FABULOUS!!!!!!!I have to wait for George to get home to figure out how to get the music out of the file. . . The pics on my computer are ok, but a little fuzzy. . . but I think it's because I still have that lousy aol browser. . . I'll check it on his. It's probably better on Netscape. I'm so happy for you!!!!! This will be very useful to you.

HI Aideen,

We finally got your web page by using the search machine NBCI. Previously, we tried Yahoo, and Alta Vista and were unsuccessful. The web page is designed great. Easy to follow, and the green is definitely pleasing to the eyes. Guess it didn't take long for you to figure out what color to use, huh?

Looking forward to going to the Feb 10th show in Morristown. Does your husband usually go or is he home with Olivia? This is an odd question, but how to people dress going to a concert like this? Is it very formal?

It was nice getting together with you and Olivia yesterday. Take care, and talk to you soon. Lin

I just read on an email site that you had performed/played with Anthony Kearnes and the email said you were very good and recommended your site. I have just listened to the samples of some songs and think your music is very lovely and will probably order the two CDs listed Have you, or do you think you will ever perform in Cincinnati, Ohio either with our great Symphony Orchestra or Opera. I would certainly plan to attend if you ever do and I am in tow and can afford the tickets at that time. Best of luck in your future...you seem to be a very talented lady. Nancy Rolfert

My wife & I were among the fortunate folks at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Glassboro, N.J. on March 25th. As good as John McNally is, we could have easily listened to you as the entire concert. It was our first exposure to your wonderfully haunting voice and exceptional musical talent. Right now as I'm writing this you are singing and playing on our computer. It is such a beautiful mix, I'm sure your CD will be THE one of choice most times as the backgound to our time on the computer. We thank God for talented artists like you who make our lives easier as we go about our daily routines. We also thank you for sharing your wonderful talents with us. Continued great Success, Agnes & Joe Danner

We Irish should make it a crime for anyone but you to sing Danny boy. Loved your performance at B.I. in VA. I saw Alan Jackson at the Patriot Center here the following Sunday night and he sang ("Where where you"). Nothing can help us refocus our lives better music that warmly reaches in and touches our inner light.

Aideen....I first heard you at Anthony Kearns' concert in Elmsford this past March. It was wonderful! You have a lovely voice, and you play just beautifully. I am an opera singer, and have been a fan of Anthony's for 2 years. I think he has the most beautiful voice I've heard in several years. Anyway, Vince gave me one of your tapes and I play it constantly! It's exquisite! I love the way you do "The Banks of the Bann." I'm so glad to find out that you'll be at the Irish Culture Festival in June. Anthony will be there on June 9, and I'm excited to hear you again. I'll be buying the rest of your tapes!! Many thanks!

Ms. O'Donnell,

I am waiting(patiently) for a Christmas recording from you. I hope there is one in the future. I first heard you at Woodbridge High School in December 2001. I cannot explain how moved I was, and still am, anytime I hear you sing. I brought my Mother, who is of Irish heritage, and she is now a fan. I hope to see you at St. Ann's in Keansburg on December 14th. Thank you for your wonderful gift, that you so kindly share.

As I heared you today on the first night in Summit 2003, I asked myself, if you found the harp or if the harp found you. You are making wonderful music! I'm sure, when I get the chance to see you live again, I will use it!!! And thank you again for the sign in my new favourite CD. And i love your web site, it is great. It lookes good and has a lot of good stuff in it. Oh, and something else, i don't think, that your music is for older people, I'm 20 years old and I have a lot friends which would love your music, too, when they only would know about it. But be sure I will tell them aboud you! I wish you and your doghter Olivia a very happy new year with all the best wishes! I was enthralled by your performance at First Night in South Orange. You may remember I was with my soon to be 6 y/o son, Colm, who wanted to see the lasso tricks. Excellence and class with the common touch. You reminded me of a day in Roscommon... lace table cloths for the noon meal after putting up the hay. I hope to be able to enjoy your gifts again, but when would I again be the only one in the audience who knows "The Wild Rover"? No,nay, never etc.

Aideen played at my wedding ceremony last summer. Her music brought me and my guests to tears...there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Her voice is angelic, and the harp brough a beautiful and unexpected touch to my wedding ceremony. My guests still talk about our "lovely harpist". THANKS, AIDEEN for making my special day so exqusite.

Aideen, Thanks for a delightful rendition of "the Gift of Love" and harp accompaniment at the Clarke wedding in Doolan's,Spring Lake on May 17. I had not heard the song but recognized the melody as the same as "The Water is Wide". Your singing and playing was talked about long after you had left the wedding and cocktail hour. I've since tried to look up words of The Gift of Love" on the internet but cannot find. Would greatly appreciate if you have a copy of words that can be e-mailed mailed or faxed. Will buy CD if available.

Hello, Aideen. I met you at the Somerset Folk Harp Festival after your performance there. My Irish friends from Dublin were also very impressed by your beautiful singing and harping. Jack McCullagh and I are DJ's for the Voice of Ireland radio show at WRSU-FM in New Brunswick, NJ. You offered to come on-air with us sometime. My next time there is August 24 from 5:30 to 7PM. It is also a great night to expand our listener base, as it will occur just as the Somerville AOH annual picnic will be ending. We could advertise your presence on the show that night, and I would expect more people than usual available and interested in listening after the picnic.

    Hello Aideen

Was at the concert Saturday evening. I brought a few harpists with me, sorry I did not get a chance to speak with you. Most folks were from Maryland or Delaware and had a long drive so we left after your last performance. You were wonderful, we regret you were not the entire show. Would love to have you come back to the area sometime, maybe I could arrange for you to do a day workshop down here with our local harpists. Would this interest you, maybe sometime in the fall? I could probably get our the VIllanova chapel or our Friends meeting social room. I live five minutes away from Cardinal O'Hara, its my alma mater. I first met you last year at Somerset, attended your workshop and shared your love of the harp and voice with our groups down here. There enjoyed your show. Hope to hear from you. Maureena Spadaro

    Dear Ms. O'Donnell,

I listened to your lovely recording "A Touch of Ireland" while I was making quilts for my daughters. I am filled with deep emotion every time I hear you sing and play . A year and a half ago I began learning to play the lever harp. I am particularly attracted to the haunting traditional Irish tunes which you present so musically in your recording. I cry every time I hear "Mary of the Curling Hair ". When I play my harp and sing, I think of my father and all my Irish ancestors with whom I am connected by the power of music.

Please let me know if you ever should come to Minnesota. It would be my pleasure to attend your concert. Do you ever give master classes or seminars on singing and playing the lever harp? Are any of your arrangements or original music published and available for purchase? Thank you for sharing your talent .

    Sincerely,

    Anne Ewing
